Future Stars is pleased to offer Little Stars as a specialty summer camp program for young children.
Summer 2010 at SUNY Old Westbury will feature and offer eight weekly session's. The program runs from 9:00am-2:00pm although an extended day program to 4:00pm is available.
The Little Stars program is designed specifically for children aged 4 - 6, looking to meet the diverse needs of these campers.
Little Stars is a gentle blend of tennis instruction, swim instruction, arts & crafts, recreational sports, music, and tenderness. Director's and staff are education professionals with vast experience working with children of pre-school and elementary school age. Additional coaches from Future Stars sport specific camps complement the staff throughout the week dependent upon the scheduled activities.

Tennis
Our program is specifically designed to meet the diverse challenges young beginners and advanced beginners encounter.
We will introduce all of the fundamental strokes and techniques with which to build a solid foundation.
We are eager to get the next generation of players started in the right direction.
Field Sports
Our daily sports program introduces campers to an action packed line-up of sports and games.
Each period includes age-appropriate instructional skills and recreational activities.
Campers are introduced to soccer, basketball, T-ball, football, lacrosse, and more!
Swimming
Little Stars offers a fun-filled total swimming program featuring instructional and recreational sessions.
Our Water Safety Director and licensed instructors are trained to help children enjoy and master the water.
Arts & Crafts
Campers will experience a variety of creative artistic projects, including painting, drawing, coloring, sidewalk chalk, jewelry making, masks, picture frames, clay, and model magic.
Music
Music and songs will be an integral part of the camp experience.
Weekly Specials
Carnivals, treasure hunts, scientific surprises, petting zoos, nature discoveries, bouncing castles, and more will be enjoyed during the summer!
SUNY College at Old Westbury is a wooded 604 acre campus centrally located on Long Island's picturesque North Shore.
Clark Athletic Center outdoor facilities include FULL ACCESS to Jackie Robinson Baseball & Softball complex, 8 all weather Tennis courts, 6 hitting walls, 4 full-sized training fields, 4 Basketball courts, outdoor Volleyball courts, mini-tennis grass courts, and more!
Clark Athletic Center indoor facilities include FULL ACCESS to Olympic sized heated pool, 3 full gymnasiums, 4 racquetball courts, Panther Pride video and recreation area, weight room, cardio gym, games room, newly renovated locker rooms, athletic training room, and more!
Campus Center facilities include air conditioned cafeteria, Maguire Theater, Recital Hall, classrooms, and more!
Additional Future Stars camp specials include The Big Kahuna Inflatable Waterslide & The Quad Soccer Inflatable Sports Arena!!!
Door to door transportation is available throughout Nassau County and beyond by arrangement.

Michelle Alutto returns for the fourth year and will direct and oversee all aspects of the Little Stars program in 2010. Michelle has a BFA in Visual Arts, a Masters in Education and is a NYS certified teacher. She is currently an Art Teacher in Queens.
