The surface of Peter’s Peak Performance training program looks pretty much like every other elite, high performance program out there today. Just beneath the surface is where the magic lies. The foundation of Peter’s program is the Effortless Approach™; and the core of this approach is a simple breathing technique, a clear and unyielding intention, and conscious choice.
The goal is to become the best player you can be, in the most efficient and most enjoyable way. Getting to the next level has never been so easy!
