As part of the Future Stars philosophy, camp staff look to take a holistic approach as they work with campers to help them build skills, build character, and build friendships.

Individual camp programs look to implement an age and level appropriate curriculum with weekly programs and daily schedules. To complement this, camp programs also look to touch on Character Education, with Confidence, Honesty, Respect, Sportsmanship, and Trust some of the key ‘traits’ discussed. Campers also participate in some friendly competitions and challenges, as part of the annual FSCamps Blue Team v FSCamps Red Team Challenge! This is a summer long event that incorporates campers and staff working together and developing camaraderie in a fun environment.
