Future Stars Tennis Camp from Filmcrush on Vimeo.
Future Stars Tennis program offers the perfect mix of match play, drill work, strategy sessions, and off-court activities to challenge players of all levels. The program is designed to improve every facet of the game including technical, tactical, physical, and mental components under the guidance of our experienced and enthusiastic Tennis coaches.
Campers will be grouped according to age and ‘level’, and will be encouraged to enhance their strokes and strategies via group lessons, skill building drills, organized play, and more!
Beginners through Intermediate Players - Level I
The emphasis will be on fundamental stroke production and consistency. Campers will learn the correct mechanics of each stroke, proper court position and movement, and sound strategies for future growth and development. All of the basic techniques will be reinforced constantly through fun games, singles and doubles play, coordination exercises, and team competitions.
Intermediate through Advanced Players - Level II
Building from the body of work followed by our Level I Campers, routines will be designed to improve and strengthen strokes to produce more reliable and effective results. Repetitions are practiced to build muscle memory and self-confidence. Physical Literacy will be combined with more advanced strategies for singles and doubles point play and match play.
Advanced through Tournament Players - Level III
Building from the body of work followed by our Level I and II Campers, these players will work to further refine stroke production, power, intensity, focus and match play skills. Coaches will work to help players overcome weaknesses in their game to help prepare players for the tennis season throughout the year in competitive play. Speed, agility, and quickness along with managing the match mindset training will be incorporated into tournament style match play.
