GROW AS A CAMPER, DEVELOP AS A LEADER

Future Stars Youth Leadership Program (YLP) offers high school students a unique summer experience that blends the joy of camp with the development of lasting life skills. Participants enhance their leadership, communication, teamwork, and personal growth under the guidance of our experienced educators and coaches.

Working closely with camp and program directors, participants gain hands-on experience in all aspects of daily camp life. They assist with activities, receive constructive feedback, and grow in a supportive environment designed to build confidence and interpersonal skills.

In each weekly session, participants are assigned to a program where they work with younger campers in ages 4-8 or 8-12. This immersive experience allows them to take on responsibility, model positive behavior, and cultivate their own leadership style.

Seize this opportunity to develop skills that last a lifetime while enjoying the energy, fun, and camaraderie of camp.
