INSPIRING CREATIVITY ONE PROJECT AT A TIME

Future Stars Art Camp is designed to help children explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop both existing and new artistic skills. The week begins with a group meeting where campers get to know one another, share their interests, and settle into a welcoming creative community.  Campers will explore various painting and drawing techniques and gradually begin to create 3-D sculptures using upcycled materials. Examples of project choices include articulating figures with corrugated cardboard, paper mache piñatas, African mask-making, and weaving boards.

Programs will take place in collegiate classrooms with all necessary equipment provided. Between morning projects, campers enjoy a snack and a fun game. These daily breaks help build connection and community, encouraging campers to take artistic risks and feel supported throughout the week. Additional recreational games and water park activities supplement the daily curriculum to give campers a balanced day of creativity and fun.
