Future Stars Field Hockey Camp delivers a comprehensive, high-energy training experience designed for athletes of all skill levels. Through age-appropriate instruction, diversified drills, competitive games, skill circuits, and team play, campers develop strong individual fundamentals while learning how to apply them in real-game situations.

Athletes focus on core skills including passing, receiving, hitting, scoring, possession, and elimination techniques, while also building tactical awareness, team strategy, and game IQ. Emphasis is placed on proper warm-ups, conditioning, teamwork, and sportsmanship to help players grow confidently both on and off the field.

Open to girls ages 6–15, the camp is ideal for beginners learning the game, developing players preparing for school teams, and experienced athletes looking to sharpen their competitive edge.
