COMPETE, LEARN, AND GROW IN A DYNAMIC SPORTS SETTING

Future Stars Multi-Sport Camp is the perfect blend of sports, recreational games, and fun. Campers are grouped by age and skill level to ensure a safe and engaging experience. Each day features a dynamic rotation of activities, including swimming and a multitude of sports and recreational games.

The curriculum is designed to be fun and instructional, and includes age-appropriate skill-building activities that teach proper technique, strategy, and sportsmanship. This approach has been the Future Stars trademark for over 40 years. Campers are guided by highly trained directors, coaches, and counselors recruited from the best recreational and educational programs in the area. 

Sports include tennis, soccer, lacrosse, flag football, basketball, softball, and volleyball. This camp gives campers the fundamentals they need to build a solid sports foundation while having fun every step of the way.

The University of Southern Maine is located in the heart of Portland. The campus is conveniently located in the Oakdale neighborhood, just off Interstate 295 via the Forest Avenue exit, making it easily accessible by car from downtown and surrounding areas.

9:15 am: Morning Meeting

9:30 am: Activity Rotation #1*

10:15 am: Activity Rotation #2*

11:00 am: Competition Games

11:45 am: Lunch

12:30 pm: Water Slides and Swim

1:15 pm: Activity Rotation #3*

2:00 pm: Activity Rotation #4*

2:45 pm: End-of-Day Meeting and Snack

3:00 pm: Departure

*Activities may include capture the flag, dodgeball, floor hockey, and handball.

Beth Pirrone

Volleyball Director

Beth enters her fourth year as the Volleyball Camp Director at Future Stars, where her attention to detail and high standards have helped elevate the program year after year. She brings extensive coaching experience at the travel, club, and college levels and serves as the Director of Westchester Volleyball New York throughout the year. Beth’s leadership, passion for the sport, and commitment to player development make her an integral part of the Future Stars team.
