TRAIN IN A NON-CONTACT SETTING

Future Stars Flag Football Camp provides a fun, safe, and supportive environment for players to learn and enjoy football without contact. Campers focus on building fundamental skills such as offensive and defensive footwork, passing, receiving, coverage, field awareness, and individual techniques, and develop confidence on the field. Skills are taught in a non-contact setting, giving campers a chance to grow and excel in a safe, encouraging atmosphere.

Instruction is delivered in a structured, non-contact setting with small group drills, position-specific work, and team-based activities. Daily sessions combine skill development, strategy, and friendly competition, including playbook learning, scrimmages, and special events like NFL Combine Day. Throughout the week, an emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship, and effort reinforces the values that help campers grow as players and teammates.

Character Education at Southampton

At Future Stars Southampton, S.T.A.R.S. stands for Safety, Teamwork, Attitude, Responsibility, and Sportsmanship. These interconnected values define what it means to be part of the Future Stars family and show campers how one positive choice can strengthen the whole community. By understanding and practicing these values, campers learn the impact they can have on their team, their peers, and the world they live in.

Each day, our professional coaches and educators highlight one value through fun, hands-on activities. Campers discuss why it matters and put it into practice in games, challenges, and outdoor adventures. Whether on the baseball field, in a chess match, or on a paddle board, we help every camper develop the skills and confidence to shine as a Future Star in any community.
