Future Stars Art Camp is designed to help children to explore their existing art skills as well as develop new ones.
Campers begin each day with a morning meeting where they get to know their fellow campers and play a game together. This daily practice establishes a sense of community at Art Camp, which allows campers to take artistic risks throughout the week and feel supported in the process.
Campers complete two art projects each morning, except for Thursday's, during which campers do one intensive project such as tie dye, jellyfish umbrellas, chalk graffiti, art forts, etc. After morning project time is over, campers have lunch, pool, and then move onto the third project of the day. At the end of the day, campers are given additional time to complete any projects before they pack up to head home.
At the end of the week, campers will have an Art Show for all to show off their hard work from the week!
